On September 11th, members of the Okaloosa County Multi-Agency Drug Task Force, along with State Probation and Parole Officers, conducted an investigation at 160 Kit Drive in Crestview. The investigation, prompted by a tip to Emerald Coast Crime Stoppers, led to the discovery of a cache of drug paraphernalia and listed chemicals used to manufacture methamphetamine, as well as a “one-pot” cooking vessel which contained approximately 45 grams of methamphetamine.
As a result of the investigation and evidence seized, three people were arrested for Trafficking in methamphetamine and other drug related charges. Those arrested are: 40 year old Emmanuel Villareal, 30-year old Amanda Wheeler, and 36-year old Crystal Haynes.
