GUILLEN ARREST REPORT
Okaloosa County Sheriff’s deputies conducting a welfare check Monday ended up charging a Crestview woman with DUI and three counts of child neglect.
The OCSO was contacted by a man who said he was concerned about his ex-wife, 32-year old Analise Guillen. He had just arrived at the Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport Monday afternoon to deliver their child to her, but says her speech sounded slurred on the phone. Deputies made contact with Guillen in the airport parking lot, where she was in the driver’s seat of her vehicle, disoriented and confused.
Guillen admitted taking prescription medicines earlier in the day. After a Field Sobriety Test was conducted Guillen was arrested for DUI. There were three small children in the van, leading to three counts of child neglect as well.
A breath sample put Guillen’s blood alcohol level at.378, more than four times the legal limit.
She was taken to Fort Walton Beach Medical Center until she could be medically cleared to be transferred to the Okaloosa County Jail.
