Undercover investigations into the sale and distribution of illegal narcotics continue via the Okaloosa County Multi- Agency Drug Task Force (DTF), as the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office, Crestview Police Department, and Fort Walton Beach Police Department work to rid the streets of dangerous and deadly illegal drugs such as fentanyl and methamphetamine.
Their most recent efforts have led to four arrests in two separate cases in the past two days.
A search warrant was executed today at 26 Holmes Boulevard in Fort Walton Beach.
45-year old Joanne Faulkner, 43-year old Misty Howze, and 51-year old John McGlothin were taken into custody.
Inside McGlothin’s and Faulkner’s bedrooms investigators found fentanyl and scales. Both are charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia.
In Howze’s bedroom they located a bottle containing a substance which tested positive for methamphetamine, as well as drug paraphernalia.

Angela Brahmstedt

A separate, unrelated narcotics search warrant executed by the Drug Task Force August 26th in Niceville led to the arrest
of 47-year old Angela Brahmstedt.
DTF investigators found a baggy with methamphetamine and paraphernalia.
Brahmstedt is charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia.
