Tyran Claybrone

A Florosa man is now in custody in the Pasco County Florida jail on Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office active warrants for attempted homicide, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, and possession of a weapon or ammo by a convicted felon. 25-year old Tyran Claybrone is accused of shooting at two people outside the Red Rose Gentlemen’s Club on Okaloosa Island September 10th, striking one in the leg. One of the victims says he and the other were walking outside the club around 4:40 a.m. when they were approached by the defendant and got into an argument. Claybrone threated to shoot the first victim in the head, pulling out a black semi-automatic handgun. He fired twice, striking the other individual in the right leg. OCSO Investigators say on September 25th, Claybrone came back to the Red Rose Gentlemen’s Club and told the cashier he would pay the victim $3,000 as restitution, which was declined. Claybrone was then identified by the OCSO through video surveillance. Two days later the victim was shown a photo array, which led to a positive identification of the defendant. Claybrone was located this morning in Pasco County.
