Narcotics Search Warrant

ARREST REPORTS

A mobile home where first responders handled multiple opioid overdoses the past three months was the subject today of a search warrant by the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office Drug Task Force.
Overdoses were reported at 110 Bob Sikes Boulevard May 14th, June 13th, and two within 24 hours on June 17th.
An OCSO undercover investigation into the illegal sale and distribution of narcotics at the mobile home resulted early this morning in the arrests of five individuals at that location:
32-year old Jason Patch – charged with keeping a public nuisance structure for drug activity and resisting arrest without violence.
41-year old Charles Dozier – charged with keeping a public nuisance structure for drug activity, resisting arrest without violence, possession of a controlled substance, trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and smuggling contraband into a detention facility.
32-year old Elizabeth Burnett – charged with keeping a public nuisance structure for drug activity, resisting arrest without violence, trafficking in methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
36-year old Chelsea Diebold – charged with keeping a public nuisance structure for drug activity and resisting arrest.
59-year old Michelle Blanchard – charged with keeping a public nuisance structure for drug activity and resisting arrest.
