OCSO Investigators and crime scene personnel are on the scene of a homicide on Okaloosa Island. The body of an unidentified young black male was discovered around 11 p.m. on the northside of the eastbound lanes of Highway 98 near Princess Beach (about a mile west of Destin’s Marler Bridge). The victim appears to have been shot multiple times. The eastbound lanes in that area are closed while the scene is being processed.
