The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a fatal traffic accident that took place this morning in Destin near the intersection of Airport Road and Cedar Street.
51-year old Joel Iral of Bent Arrow Drive died after the electric scooter he was riding was struck by a car around 7:48 a.m.
Iral was reportedly on his way to work at a Destin restaurant when the accident occurred.
