The man whose body was discovered along the shoreline of Santa Rosa Sound near the Okaloosa/Santa Rosa County line has been identified as 50 year old Timothy Adsit of Milton. A family riding wave runners in the area spotted Adsit’s body yesterday afternoon around 1:20 and called 9-1-1. An autopsy was performed today by the District One Medical Examiner’s Office in Pensacola to work to determine the cause, manner, and time of death. Investigators say no indications of foul play were observed. They are awaiting toxicology results.
