The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a Laurel Hill man following a disturbance at a home on Bill Lundy Road last night.
47-year old Temuchin Frank Tillman is charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon on a person 65 years of age or older.
Deputies were called to 6732 Bill Lundy Road around 8:00 p.m. after Tillman called 911 and said he needed an ambulance for an elderly man with a head injury. He then stated that he hit the victim with a stick and was going to transport the victim to get medical care. Deputies located the vehicle on Highway 85 and discovered the 70-year old victim had received massive head trauma. The victim was transported by helicopter to a local hospital with serious injuries.
A witness stated that Tillman had been arguing with the victim because the victim threatened to have him arrested if he didn’t leave the residence.
