BRADLEY ARREST REPORT
An Orange Beach Alabama man is charged with scamming an 86-year old Shalimar woman out of more than $14,000 last year in connection with home repairs that were never completed.
The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office arrested 44-year old Bradley Perry Monday on charges of engaging in a contracting business without a license and theft from a person 65 years of age or older.
An OCSO Investigator found the victim had entered into two written contracts last May with Perry, who presented himself as a contractor and President of “Contractor Creative Logistics, Inc. The work was to >include replacing her roof, installing vinyl siding, and connecting a new carport to the home for a total sum of $40,000.
The Investigator also found Perry had wired $14,425 to a yacht club on Marco Island on July 16th 2018 to complete the purchase of a 31 foot Regal Commodore 3060 boat.
