One person has been detained as the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office investigates a shooting that took place this morning near Crestview.
Deputies were called to Susan Drive around eleven a.m. this morning after a witness reporting hearing a disturbance and gunshots in the area.
He says a man shot another individual in the leg.
Deputies learned the victim was taken by another man to North Okaloosa Medical Center for treatment.
