ARREST REPORT
A Crestview man has been arrested on charges he committed a lewd act in front of a sixth grader waiting for her school bus on August 29th and December 5th.
The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office has charged 27-year old Ryan Michael Johnson of Bent Creek with lewd or lascivious exhibition.
The girl says she saw Johnson exposing himself and committing a lewd act in the edge of woods across from her school bus stop located at Aplin Road and Patriot Lane last August and again in December. Another youngster said he also saw the acts on December 5th.
The female victim provided a description and was later able to pick Johnson out of a photographic line-up.
