Three vehicles parked at the Holt Academy on Highway 90 in Holt were burglarized Tuesday evening. The thief or thieves got away with several purses. Windows were smashed on two of the vehicles and the third had been left unlocked long enough for the victim to go into the building and pick up her child.
Deputies say the purses contained items ranging from credit cards and checkbooks to an i-phone and prescription medications.
It happened around 5:30 p.m.
