Julio Dale Alan
A Destin man arrested for sexual battery on a six year old girl says the child “came on to him”.
The victim’s mother told the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office she left the girl in the care of 57-year old Dale Alan Julio of Jade Loop Drive in Destin on April 29th.
She says when she returned to the house Julio came up wearing only a pair of shorts and panting. She says she felt something was not right. She then found the daughter and suspicious items in the girl’s bedroom. When she asked Julio why the items were there, he replied that the child came on to him.
The girl was taken to Twin Cities Hospital for examination. While there she explained to investigators what Julio had done to her.
Julio is charged with sexual battery on a person under the age of twelve.
