Walker Elementary School on Stillwell Boulevard in Crestview is on a precautionary modified lockdown at this time after students reported seeing a suspicious man wearing black near school grounds. Additional units from the OCSO and Crestview Police Department responded, along with an OCSO K9. The OCSO is investigating at this time.
