During the month of November, members of the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office Special Investigations Section conducted an undercover operation targeting adults looking to meet minors online for sexual encounters.
“Operation Cold Turkey” is part of an on-going effort by OCSO to protect children from predators looking to do them harm. The suspects in this operation traveled to a predetermined locations with the intention to meet the juveniles but were ultimately taken into custody by OCSO investigators. Domingo Sebastian, Joiarib Fernandez, Marquee Lewis, Sampson Graham, Edwin Huggins, Ancel Sterling, George Davis, Christian Reyes, and Donavon Spears are charged with traveling to meet a minor for sex, use of a computer to solicit a minor for sex, and use of a two-way communication device to commit a felony.
Reyes faces an additional charge of possessing a firearm during the commission of a felony.
