A Fort Walton Beach man who made sexually inappropriate remarks to several juvenile girls also committed a lewd and lascivious act in front of them near David Street and was taken into custody by the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office.
23-year old Marco Lanza Turicios was charged January 10th with lewd and lascivious exhibition after a mother reported the incident to deputies, who confirmed it with witnesses.
After OCSO deputies located Turicios, it was determined he had entered the United States illegally eight years ago.
He was taken to the Okaloosa County Jail in Crestview and is currently being held without bond and on hold for immigration.
