On January 17, 2024, members of the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office Special Investigations Section apprehended 57-year old fugitive Jeffrey Todd Wagner in Crestview.
Wagner was wanted by the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office for numerous outstanding warrants, to include Violation of Probation (Lewd and Lascivious Molestation, Sexual Predator Violation (Failure to Report Vacating Residence), Failure to Register as a Sexual Predator, Tampering with an Electronic Monitoring Device, Fleeing and Eluding, Obstruction without Violence, and Driving While License Suspended or Revoked.
Wagner is currently being held at the Okaloosa County Jail with no bond.
