On 12/18/2024 members of the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office Multi-Agency Drug Task Force executed a narcotics search warrant at 8 3rd St., Apt 7, in Shalimar.
During the execution of the search warrant, investigators located fentanyl and methamphetamine.
• 60 year-old Karen Hyler, of Shalimar, has been charged with Trafficking Fentanyl and Possession of Methamphetamine. Hyler also had an active felony arrest warrant out of the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office for Grand Theft Auto at the time of her arrest.
The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office Multi-Agency Drug Task Force is comprised of members of the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office, Crestview Police Department and Niceville Police Department.
