OCSO HIRES NEW DIRECTOR OF ADMN. SERVICES
The Okaloosa
County Sheriff's Office has hired a new Director of Administrative Services, who
will oversee the agency's financial operations and other administrative
functions. Before taking her new position, Leslie Frank served as the Chief
Financial Officer for the Association of Graduates of the United States Air
Force Academy in Colorado Springs Colorado. Prior to that, Frank was the
Vice-President for Finance and CFO of the John F. Kennedy Center for the
Performing Arts and National Symphony Orchestra in Washington D.C.
Frank has a B.A. in
Accounting from the College of William and Mary (1979) and is a Certified Public
Accountant in Colorado and Virginia. The Florida application is pending.
In her spare time,
Frank is also a private pilot and a member of the Ninety-nines International
Organization of Women Pilots.
Okaloosa County Sheriff Ed
Spooner says Frank has an outstanding background in finance and business, as
well as a strong sense of integrity and an aptitude for teamwork.
