IDENTITY OF MAN'S BODY FOUND IN BAY RELEASED
A man whose body was
found in Choctawhatchee Bay Friday morning has been identified as Walton County
resident, 66-year old William Richey, of Jennifer Avenue in Choctaw Beach.
Richey's vehicle was
found parked, and still running with a turning signal on, near the top of the
Mid-Bay Bridge between Niceville and Destin around 9:20 Friday morning. His body
was then spotted and recovered by a U-S Coast Guard crew from Destin that was
called to the scene.
Richey was a
well-known interior designer in the area.
