DRUG TASK FORCE RAIDS TWO NICEVILLE METH LABS
The Okaloosa County Multi-Agency Drug Task Force
arrested five Niceville residents
following undercover investigations into the illicit production and distribution
of methamphetamine. Members of the Task Force and Niceville Police Department
executed two search warrants Monday at suspected meth labs inside residences at
616 Elm Street and 232 Madison Street.
47-year old Dale Rodney Doughtie of 232 Madison Street is charged with
manufacture of methamphetamine, possession of listed chemicals, and possession
of methamphetamine. His son, 24-year old Brad Rodney Doughtie, is charged with
conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Also arrested at that address, 26-year old Brandi Lea McMurry, on charges of
conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine and possession of listed chemicals.
The Drug Task
Force took two people into custody at the 616 Elm Street address.
35-year old James "Red" or "Jeff"
Carnley is charged with trafficking in amphetamine, trafficking in ephedrine,
manufacture of methamphetamine within 1000 feet of a school, and unlawful
possession of listed chemicals.
Investigators say Carnley lives in the southern portion of the home.
Meantime,
59-year old Danny Ray Owens is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
