JUVENILE BURGLAR ARRESTED ON SEVEN
COUNTS
Investigators with the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office Wednesday
arrested a 13-year old boy in connection with at least seven burglaries in the
Fort Walton Beach area in August and September.
They say Leo Lajarvis Tensley of 523 Union Street, Lot A, in Fort Walton
Beach is also a suspect in a number of other break-ins as well. Tensley was
developed as a suspect and during questioning, admitted to burglarizing more
than a half dozen homes between August 3rd and September 11th
of this year.
The stolen items range from computers and DVD players to Air Jordan
sneakers. In addition to the burglary charges, Tensely also faces three counts
of grand theft and one of petit theft.
Investigators believe other juveniles may have also been involved in the
burglaries.
