SEXUAL ASSAULT COMPLAINT WITHDRAWN

      A 24-year-old Milligan woman who claimed she was bound, blind-folded, and sexually assaulted on February 20^th at a family member’s home formally withdrew her complaint from the Okaloosa County Sheriff ’s Office today (Friday).

     The woman decided to take this action after seeking advice from her attorney.

     Investigators with the Okaloosa Sheriff ’s Office  fully investigated the alleged incident and found no evidence to substantiate the claim.
