Three individuals have been arrested after the discovery of an apparent methamphetamine lab in a rural area of northern Okaloosa County.

William Octavious Holland (pictured left), age 43 (9-13-1961); his wife, Kimberly Ann Holland, age 39 (5-8-1965); and an associate of the Hollands, Christopher Warren Lucal, age 34 (2-3-1970), were arrested at the Holland residence, 861 County Road 180, Baker, yesterday (Monday). All three are charged with Manufacture of Methamphetamine.

The Okaloosa County Multi Agency Drug Task Force had been receiving information about suspected illegal drug activity at that location in recent weeks. Much of the information was corroborated through surveillance, and a Search Warrant was obtained and served yesterday (Monday).

The search yielded materials and evidence of a meth lab, including a recipe for the manufacture of the drug. A small amount of the finished product was seized, as were approximately 20 handguns and rifles.

Deputy Michael Irwin provided important information and assistance to the Drug Task Force in this case.
