SEXUAL PREDATOR NOTIFICATION
The Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office is conducting a community Sexual Predator
Notification in accordance with the "Public Safety Information Act of 1997."
Chad Christopher Richard has registered with a new address of 282 Washington Avenue, #5, Valparaiso. This notification is a change of address.
Richard was released from prison in June, 2002; he has previously registered with addresses in the Ocean City area, in downtown Fort Walton Beach, and in Niceville.
Richard is a white male, 31 years old (6-3-1973), five feet, seven inches tall, 127 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. He is a registered Sexual Predator with a 1997 conviction in Brevard County of Sexual Battery with a Deadly Weapon. The victim was an adult female.
