Two more arrests have been made in a major investigation into cocaine trafficking in Destin.

Wilbert Joseph "Pulia-D" Dorsey, Jr. (pictured left), age 44 (4-10-1960), of Pass Christian, Mississippi; and Russell Roberts (pictured right), age 32 (8-10-1971) of Slidell, Louisiana have both been arrested this week on Federal charges of Conspiracy to Possess with Intent to Distribute more than Five Kilograms of Cocaine, in the Southern District of Mississippi.

Dorsey was taken into custody by the US Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi; Roberts was arrested by the DEA in Robert, Louisiana.

An ongoing investigation by the DEA and the Okaloosa County Multi-Agency Drug Task Force identified Dorsey and Roberts as major suppliers of cocaine into Destin.

The same investigation has already resulted in search warrants served at five residences in Destin on June 9, and eight related arrests in Destin later in June. Investigators believe Roberts supplied cocaine to Dorsey, who made delivery trips from the Mississippi gulf coast to Destin.

The investigation remains active, and more arrests are possible.
