The public is invited to the "Second Annual Law Enforcement Appreciation Prayer Luncheon," sponsored by Okaloosa County Sheriff Charlie Morris and the Okaloosa County Chaplain's Program.
The luncheon will be held at 11:30 on Thursday, May 13, at the Calvary Chapel at 407 Racetrack Road NE, Fort Walton Beach. The cost is five dollars per person, and reservations should be made in advance by calling Chaplain Stan Newton at 837-8050.
The Eighth Annual National Police Week Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 at Beal Memorial Cemetary.
