The Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office is seeking public assistance in locating a missing child. Alysia Ashley Parker has been missing since Wednesday, March 17.

She is a 15 year old white female (born 9-14-1988), approximately five-foot-five, 115 pounds, with blue eyes and "dirty blonde" hair. Ashley has braces on her teeth and wears glasses, but frequently goes without them. A distinctive feature is an unusual shape to her right thumbnail.

Ashley voluntary left a temporary youth shelter last Wednesday. Two other teenagers who ran away with her have been recovered. She is believed to have been in the Destin area recently, and she may have been en route to Panama City.

A flyer with her photograph may be viewed and printed at the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office website: www.sheriff-okaloosa.org.

Anybody with information about the whereabouts of Alysia Ashley Parker should contact the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office at (850) 651-7400.
