SEXUAL  PREDATOR  NOTIFICATION

The Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office and the Fort Walton Beach Police Department are conducting a community Sexual Predator Notification in accordance with the "Public Safety Information Act of 1997."

Raymond Elijah Wortham has registered with a new address of 207 Miracle Strip Pkwy, SE, Fort Walton Beach, unit #115. This address is the Dolphin Inn in downtown Fort Walton Beach. This notification is a change of address; Wortham previously registered an address in Valparaiso last month. Wortham was released from prison on September 3.

Wortham is a white male, 28 years old (5-3-1974), five feet, ten inches tall, 180 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He is a registered Sexual Predator with a conviction in 1999 in Duval County of Attempted Sexual Battery on a Child.

The FDLE currently lists 209 registered Sexual Offenders in Okaloosa County, of whom nine have been designated by the courts under the more serious category of "Sexual Predator."
