Two Sexual Predators, released in recent days from state prison, have registered with home addresses in Okaloosa County.
Tommy Joe Chesser is a white male, 33 years old (4-10-68), with brown hair and hazel eyes. He is five-foot-nine, and weighs 190 pounds. He has his initials "TJC" tattooed on his right arm. Chesser was convicted in Okaloosa County in November, 1996 of Sexual Battery on a Child. Chesser lists a home address of 6120 Bud Moulton Road, Crestview.
Terrance Kee Farmer is a white male, 50 years old (11-13-50), balding with thin grey hair and brown eyes. He is five-foot-six, 180 pounds. He was convicted in Dade County in 1996 of Attempted Sexual Battery on a Child Under the Age of 12. He lists a home address of 119 2nd Street, SE, Fort Walton Beach.
