SEXUAL PREDATOR NOTIFICATION
The Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office and the Fort Walton Beach Police
Department are conducting a community Sexual Predator Notification in accordance
with the "Public Safety Information Act of 1997." Joseph Russell Albright has
registered a new home address of 8 Elm Avenue, SE, Fort Walton Beach. This address is
in the downtown Fort Walton Beach area. Albright had resided at a different address in
Fort Walton Beach since his release from prison last December; this notification is for a
change of address.
Albright is a white male, 22 years old (9-11-1979), six feet tall, 215 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He is a registered Sexual Predator with a conviction in Walton County of Lewd & Lascivious Assault on a Child Less than 16 Years Old. Albright was sentenced on October 11, 1999, to three years in prison. The victim was a six year old girl.
