Two men out of jail on bond on separate pending narcotics trafficking cases have been arrested again – for trafficking in narcotics.
The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office arrested 30-year old Stephen Scott Wilson and 30-year old Kenneth Charles Campbell Sr. on Okaloosa Island during a warrant service today.
Wilson was out on bond after being arrested by the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office on August 2, 2019 when he was found to be in possession of approximately 960 grams of methamphetamine, 204 grams of heroin, 167 grams of fentanyl, and 503 grams of liquid oxycodone/promethazine. While being arrested today on an outstanding warrant for felony driving while license suspended, Wilson was found to have three ounces of heroin and one pound of methamphetamine in the truck he was driving.
He was charged with Trafficking in Heroin, Trafficking in Methamphetamine, and Driving While License Suspended – Habitual.
Campbell meanwhile, who was in the truck with Wilson, failed to obey law enforcement commands during the incident and discarded 10 grams of heroin inside the vehicle.
He is charged with Trafficking in Heroin, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Resisting an Officer without Violence.
