YOUNG ENTERTAINER ENCOURAGES DRIVING SAFETY
Entertainer/comedian/motivational speaker Shannon Pickard is back in Okaloosa
County to talk to local teens about staying safe behind the wheel. Pickard will
address students at all six area high schools this week to talk about drunk
driving, the dangers of texting and driving, and the need to buckle up. His
appearances are being funded by a Florida Department of Transportation Grant
obtained by the Traffic Enforcement Unit of the Okaloosa County Sheriff's
Office.
