MAN BEATEN AND ROBBED IN HOME INVASION
The Okaloosa
County Sheriff's Office is looking for a man who attacked and robbed a Fort
Walton Beach resident inside his home shortly before 10 p.m. Thursday night.
46-year old Mark
William Sweeney of 514 Scott Lane, Lot C says he was sitting on his couch
watching TV when a man opened the front door and walked in. He says the man
punched him in the face multiple times before taking his money and heading out
the front door.
He described the
individual as a short-haired black male with a medium build in his thirties.
Sweeney
was taken to Fort Walton Beach Medical Center for treatment of his injuries.
