PAIR ROBS OKALOOSA COIN LAUNDRY

The Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office is investigating the armed robbery of the South Avenue Coin Laundry near Fort Walton Beach Tuesday evening.

Two men entered the business shortly before 6 p.m.  One was armed with a black pistol and approached the clerk, demanding money. The second individual approached a customer and placed her in a headlock. She was not seriously injured.

The pair then took the money and left. Surveillance cameras captured photos of the men before they pulled black ski masks over their faces.

The first suspect is described as a tall, thin black male wearing a baggy black sweater and dark pants.

The second suspect is a shorter, lighter-skinned black male, wearing a green military-style flight suit. Both had goatees and mustaches.

Anyone with information on the armed robbery is asked to contact the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office at 850-651-7400 or Emerald Coast Crime Stoppers at 850-863-TIPS.
