CHARGED FOLLOWING DRUG RAID IN FORT WALTON BEACH

Two people face felony drug charges
following the execution of a search warrant Friday morning by the Okaloosa
County Sheriff’s Office Multi-Agency Drug Task Force.
Investigators say they have received numerous tips from callers to
Emerald Coast Crime Stoppers in reference to illegal narcotics activity at 124
Merle Circle in Fort Walton Beach.
Friday they arrested 19-year old Anthony Tadaryl “T” Gainer of 124
Merle Circle on charges of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute
within 1000 feet of a church and possession of drug paraphernalia.
19-year old Andrea Leigh Burks of 132 Walton Drive in Fort Walton Beach,
who was at the home at the time the search was conducted, is charged with
possession of marijuana with intent to distribute within 1000 feet of a church
and possession of drug paraphernalia. Investigators say inside her parked car
they found a fold top baggy holding other smaller baggies containing marijuana.
The search of the Merle Circle residence also turned up a digital scale,
large quantities of plastic baggies, cocaine, and other drug-related items.
