PIZZA DELIVERY MAN VICTIM OF CAR
JACKING
A Mary Esther man who delivers pizzas was robbed at gunpoint around 10:45
Sunday night outside a home in Fort Walton Beach.
The 25-year old victim says
the Domino's Pizza at the corner of Duloft St. and Eglin Parkway got an order
around 10:20 for two pizzas and thirty wings to be delivered to a home on
Manring Drive. When he arrived and approached the house, two men armed with
handguns came out of the bushes, grabbed the pizza and demanded money. They then
left in his car, a 2001 Oldsmobile Alero.
The car was later found abandoned with minor damage near a business on
Beal Parkway.
The first suspect is described as a thinly built, young black male, about
5'10", wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and black pants. The second suspect
is also a thin black male, about six feet tall. He was wearing a tan hooded
sweatshirt and dark pants.
Anyone with information on the crime is asked to contact the Okaloosa
County Sheriff's Office at 850-651-7400 or Emerald Coast Crime Stoppers at
863-TIPS.
