TWO ARRESTED IN UNDERCOVER DRUG OPERATION

      TWO BROTHERS HAVE BEEN ARRESTED BY THE OKALOOSA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE ON DRUG CHARGES.

     THE FEDERAL OFFICE OF IMMIGRATION AND CUSTOMS ENFORCEMENT HAS PLACED A DETAINER ON BOTH MEN UNTIL THE CASE IS RESOLVED.

      23-YEAR OLD SAMUEL DE LA ROSA – PAREDES AND 25- YEAR OLD EMANUEL DE LA ROSA – PAREDES, BOTH OF 2586 FARM STREET IN NAVARRE , ARE CHARGED WITH SALE OF COCAINE WITHIN ONE-THOUSAND FEET OF A CONVENIENCE STORE.

      THE ARRESTS ARE THE RESULT OF AN INVESTIGATION BY THE OKALOOSA MULTI-AGENCY DRUG TASK FORCE.

      OFFICERS SAY AN UNDERCOVER INFORMANT HELPED ARRANGE A DRUG TRANSACTION AT THE SANTA ROSA MALL WITH EMMANUEL DELA-ROSA – PAREDES, WHO THEN CALLED HIS BROTHER BY PHONE AND ARRANGED TO HAVE THE DRUGS DELIVERED.

      BOTH WERE ARRESTED IMMEDIATELY.

      INVESTIGATORS CONFISCATED APPROXIMATELY 16 GRAMS OF COCAINE AS WELL AS TWO VEHICLES.
