Destin Stabbing

            The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division is currently investigating a stabbing that occurred in Destin at the Shell Service Station located at 53 Harbor Boulevard .  Deputies responded to Shell at 2:28 am this morning (Tuesday) to a disturbance involving multiple individuals. 

            An altercation ensued between Jonathan Joseph Wright, age 34 (2-14-71), of 134 Benning Drive in Destin and Blair Lindstedt Bridwell, age 21 (3-11-84) and Zebikiah Daniel Bridwell, age 28 (3-28-77), both of 6 Connie Drive in Shalimar.  During the altercation Wright was stabbed by Blair Bridwell.  The altercation later resulted in Blair and Zebikiah Bridwell being beaten by Wright.   

            All three individuals were transported to Fort Walton Beach Medical Center .  Wright is considered to be in stable condition, Blair Bridwell is currently in ICU, and Zebikiah Bridwell was treated and released.

            Jennifer Joy Sexton (pictured right), age 21 (1-11-84), of 12 N.E. Cambridge Ave in Fort Walton Beach, was present during the altercation and was arrested for two counts of simple battery on Blair and Zebikiah Bridwell. 

            The investigation is on-going and interviews are pending.  More information will be available as the investigation continues.
