SEXUAL PREDATOR NOTIFICATION
The Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office is conducting a community Sexual Predator
Notification in accordance with the "Public Safety Information Act of 1997."
David Eugene Miller has registered with a new address of 4501 Sugartown Road, Crestview. This notification is a change of address.
Miller was released from prison in May, 2003; he previously registered with a different address in Crestview. He is a self-employed painter.
Miller is a white male, 34 years old (11-16-1969), five feet, eleven inches tall, 185 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He is a registered Sexual Predator with a conviction in February 1997 in Okaloosa County of Principal to Sexual Battery on a Child under the age of 12, and Principal to Lewd and Lascivious Acts on a child under the age of 16.
