SEXUAL PREDATOR NOTIFICATION
The Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office and Fort Walton Beach Police Department
are conducting a community Sexual Predator Notification in accordance with the "Public
Safety Information Act of 1997."
Raymond Elija Wortham has registered with a new address of 12-A NW Viking Drive, Fort Walton Beach. This registration is a change of address.
Wortham was released from prison in September, 2002; this is his fifth registered address in south Okaloosa County.
Wortham is a white male, 29 years old (5-3-1974), five feet, ten inches tall, 190 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He is a registered Sexual Predator with a conviction in 1999 in Duval County of Attempted Sexual Battery on a Child under the age of 12.
