SEXUAL PREDATOR NOTIFICATION
The Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office and Fort Walton Beach Police Department
are conducting a community Sexual Predator Notification in accordance with the "Public
Safety Information Act of 1997."
Duane Albert Barts has registered with an address of 113 NW London Avenue, Fort Walton Beach. This notification is a change of address.
Barts was released from prison in November, 2003; he previously registered with a different address in Fort Walton Beach.
Barts is a white male, 39 years old (6-30-1964), five feet, six inches tall, 200 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. He is a registered Sexual Predator with a conviction in 1999 in Okaloosa County of Lewd & Lascivious Acts on a Child under the age of 16. The victim was a girl.
