SEXUAL PREDATOR NOTIFICATION
The Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office is conducting a community Sexual Predator
Notification in accordance with the "Public Safety Information Act of 1997."
Fred Ward, Jr. has registered with a new address of 505-B Scott Lane, Fort Walton Beach. This notification is a change of address.
Ward was released from prison in March, 2001; this is his eighth registered address in the Fort Walton Beach area since that time.
Ward is a black male, 57 years old (6-29-1946), five feet, ten inches tall, 154 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He is a registered Sexual Predator with a conviction in 1994 in Palm Beach County of Sexual Battery on a Child under the age of 12. The victim was a girl.
