SEXUAL PREDATOR NOTIFICATION
The Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office is conducting a community Sexual Predator
Notification in accordance with the "Public Safety Information Act of 1997."
Chad Christopher Richard has registered with a new home address of 401 Niceville Avenue, Unit B, Niceville. This notification is a change of address.
Richard was released from prison in June, 2002; he has previously registered with addresses in Niceville and Shalimar.
Richard is a white male, 30 years old (06-03-1973), five feet, seven inches tall, 141 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. He is a registered Sexual Predator with a 1997 conviction in Brevard County for Sexual Battery. The victim was an adult female.
