The Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office has discovered and dismantled a Methamphetamine lab at a residence in Laurel Hill. Trafficking amounts of the drug were seized, along with supplies and equipment used to manufacture methamphetamine.

Arrested at 3831 New Ebenezer Road, Lot 18 late last night (Thursday night) were Todd Michael "Todder"Brown, age 21 (7-20-1982); Robert Ernest "Phil" Rivers, age 25 (6-13-1978); Sabra Elizabeth Littell, age 19 (9-10-1984); and Philip Stanley Slezia, age 19 (2-17-1984) (all pictured below). Brown and Rivers are charged with Trafficking in Methamphetamine; Littell and Slezia were arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine.

The investigation began earlier the same day when an Okaloosa County Deputy and a Florida Probation Officer located Todd Brown, who was wanted for Violation of Probation from a previous Felony Battery case. When evidence of drug activity was seen inside Brown's residence, Deputy Mark Purvines contacted the Okaloosa County Multi-Agency Drug Task Force. After follow-up investigation, the Drug Task Force was able to obtain a search warrant for the residence.
