A Crestview man shot multiple times at a home off Racetrack Road earlier this month died from his injuries over the weekend. The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office, which has been pursuing multiple leads in the case, has upgraded the case to a murder investigation.
20-year old Davonte Williams of Valley Road was found bleeding outside a home at 317 Northwest Racetrack Road on May 4th.
He was taken to Fort Walton Beach Medical Center and died from his injuries ten days later.
