MORGAIN ARREST REPORT
A Pensacola woman says her boyfriend attacked her at a Destin restaurant August 14th, strangling her even though she is six months pregnant with his child. The pair began arguing at the business and the victim says she went to the restroom. As she was entering, she says 23-year old Christian Morgain of 8134 Stonebrook Drive, grabbed her from behind and pushed her into a wall. She says he then picked her up by the hair and began to strangle her in front of a two year old child.
Morgain fled the scene after a restaurant employee forced the door open and intervened. He was later located walking down a nearby road and taken into custody, telling the deputy “wait ‘til you see my lawyer”.
Morgain is charged with Domestic Battery by Strangulation and Aggravated Battery on a Pregnant Victim.
