Trevon Robinson
The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office has charged a Fort Walton Beach man with aggravated battery after he struck a teen with his car following an argument.
Deputies responding to the call at 326 Carmel Drive around 8 p.m. August 16th found the 19-year old victim on the ground covered with dirt. The teen says 20-year old Trevon Lee Robinson of 999 Lukes Way was calling him names so he threw a chair at Robinson’s car but never hit it. The victim and his mother say Robinson stopped and turned around in a nearby yard. They say Robinson drove back towards the victim and swerved to hit him with the right front side of the car. Another witness says she saw Robinson’s car leaving the mobile home park at a high rate of speed.
The victim was taken to Fort Walton Beach Medical Center to be treated for leg pain.
Robinson denies hitting the teen with his car.
Robinson has another pending aggravated battery charge from November 11th, 2014 where he was arrested after hitting someone with his car after an argument.
