BROWN ARREST REPORT
A Destin man has been arrested on charges he hit and bit a woman staying at his home, refused to let her leave, and sexually assaulted her January 11th.
The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office has charged 49-year old David Hamilton Brown of Furling Lane with false imprisonment, sexual battery, and battery.
The victim says Brown attacked her around one a.m., bit her, and put a pillow over her face. She says he also refused to let her leave his apartment and forced himself on her sexually.
She says she was scared for her life but was ultimately able to escape around 9 a.m. January 11th.
She then went back to her home and contacted the OCSO.
Deputies say a hospital report by staff at North Okaloosa Medical Center revealed injuries consistent with the victim’s report, including whiplash.
